Dutch Fields

About Dutch Fields

For decades, the Kohler family planted and harvested 153 acres in rich topsoil at the entrance to Midway, Utah. Gently sloping to the Provo River below, the family’s fertile land produced abundant alfalfa, hay and barley — striking the landscape with bold hues of green throughout the long summer and dancing waves of gold in the fall. Today, Dutch Fields is a community of families who want the feeling of farmland under their feet but who prefer the conveniences only a master-planned community can offer.

Dutch Fields home sites range from one-third to one acre. The community plan features walking trails and bridges, a community clubhouse, swimming pool, basketball court, landscaped entrance, a descending lake system, and controlled architectural covenants and restrictions. Design follows the country/craftsman style of architecture, which complements the rural, pioneer ambiance of Midway. The community’s craftsman and country architecture help maintain continuity of design and high property values.
