For decades, the Kohler family planted and harvested 153 acres in rich topsoil at the entrance to Midway, Utah. Gently sloping to the Provo River below, the family’s fertile land produced abundant alfalfa, hay and barley — striking the landscape with bold hues of green throughout the long summer and dancing waves of gold in the fall. Today, Dutch Fields is a community of families who want the feeling of farmland under their feet but who prefer the conveniences only a master-planned community can offer.
